- Distancing - We will maintain social distancing and can carry out the survey in separate rooms to any occupants if required
- Protective equipment - All our surveyors will wear gloves and face masks while in your home
- Pre-visit assessments - We will minimise time in your home by capturing as much information as possible via a pre-visit phone call
- Open access - We recommend opening windows throughout your property and will ask you to open all internal doors
